Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Work as a member of the marketing department to complete market research, strategize campaigns, ideas and create campaign schedules.
  • Promote company products and services using different marketing strategies.
  • Have knowledge of consumer habits, industry competitors, and industry trends to create marketing campaign strategies.
  • Build sustained, profitable ties with our customer
  • Generate qualifiable leads that would lead to sales.
  • Help, plan coordinate, and participate in marketing events and campaigns
  • Market products and services to new and existing customers through email marketing.
  • Help manage/supply content for all organization's social media/website
  • Responsible for developing strong and innovative digital marketing strategies, using SEO, PPC, and other techniques to drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services, creating engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up-to-date on the latest marketing technologies and social media.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).


Monthly KPI:

  • Sales Revenue: Ensure you can report that your sales revenue exceeds the expenses of your marketing campaigns
  • Customer Acquisition Rate
  • Marketing Return on Investment
  • Email Marketing Performance
  • Social Media Engagement


Requirements:

  • Either an HND or BSc Degree in Marketing, business management, or a similar field is preferred.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience as a Digital marketer or in a similar position.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Active Listening and good interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail.
