Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, ensuring content is tailored to the specific audience of each.
- Foster relationships with followers by responding to comments, and messages, and creating interactive posts that drive engagement.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media and adapt strategies accordingly to keep the brand relevant.
- Provide innovative ideas and creative input for marketing strategies that align with company goals and audience preferences.
SEO and Content Optimization:
- Implement search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to increase content visibility and drive organic traffic to websites and social media platforms.
- Conduct keyword research to identify and integrate relevant search terms in content creation for better ranking on search engines.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to assess content performance and make data-driven adjustments to strategies.
Campaign Management:
- Design, execute, and monitor digital ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to reach targeted audiences.
- Work within allocated budgets and measure the return on investment (ROI) of digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as sales, graphic design, and product development, to ensure consistency and alignment with the overall brand message.
Email Marketing:
- Design and distribute newsletters and email campaigns that provide value to subscribers, promoting products, services, and brand updates.
- Utilize email marketing tools to segment audiences and personalize content for different customer segments to enhance open and click-through rates.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), such as engagement rates, follower growth, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and more
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, and content creation with verifiable evidence.
