Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Assist with customer inquiries and monitoring of all reservations, holidays, and tour packages
  • Provide expert advice to customers. Secure the best value options for our clients, and ensure they have a redefined travel experience
  • Achieve sales targets and generate sales lead
  • Liaise with clients in the planning and implementation of tours.
  • Research, analyze, and compile travel statistics.
  • Build and keep a good relationship with regular clients (communicate via calls, emails, social networking tools, and face-to-face meetings)
  • Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Manage the sales process for new prospects, from initial contact through to closure
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
  • Ensure Customer satisfaction
  • Provide detailed information on all tourism marketing programs
  • Respond to tourism inquiries that require research, evaluation, and recommendations.
  • Responsible for consistent data collection and management
  • Generating and maintaining the database
  • New customer acquisition and retention.


Requirements:

  • The Candidate must have experience in social media management
  • Handle professional daily graphic designs inclusive flyers
  • Knowledge of basic video editing
  • Experience in promotions of social media and google ads
  • Ability to manage the website
  • Willing to work with targets
  • The candidate is expected to source original content.


Location: The candidate must be based in Lagos.


Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 250,000
