Digital Marketer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, Google Ads, and other digital platforms to drive lead generation.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
• Track and report campaign performance with data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Create compelling ad content and manage creatives that resonate with target audiences.
• Utilize SEO, SEM, and paid ads to boost visibility and lead conversion.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with organizational goals.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketer, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns that generated tangible leads and conversions.
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO/SEM tools, and analytics platforms.
• Highly skilled at interpreting marketing data and making data-backed decisions.
• Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Must reside within Ajah or nearby areas for easy commute.
• Ability to work on-site, full-time (not a remote role).
