Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Facebook Ad Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have successfully managed campaigns with a daily budget of NGN 1,000,000 and above, delivering consistent conversions at a cost-per-conversion (CPC) not exceeding NGN 1,800 for high-ticket products.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective Facebook advertising strategies for high-ticket products.
  • Manage and optimise ad campaigns with daily budgets above NGN 1,000,000, ensuring profitable returns.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on ad performance metrics with a focus on cost-per-conversion efficiency.
  • Conduct detailed A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and placements to improve ad performance.
  • Collaborate with creative teams (design, copywriting, video editing) to produce high-converting ad assets.
  • Implement advanced audience segmentation, custom audiences, and lookalike strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest Facebook Ads Manager tools, trends, and compliance policies.
  • Recommend and execute scaling strategies to increase conversions without compromising CPC.
  • Provide regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience running large-scale Facebook ad campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in managing budgets of NGN 1,000,000+ per day.
  • Strong ability to maintain conversion costs under NGN 1,800 per conversion for high-ticket offers.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and relevant analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategies.
  • Creativity in ad development with a performance-driven mindset.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
