Job Summary

As a Digital Content Manager, you will be the digital voice for our company using your writing skills to tell the world about us. Creating, improving and maintaining a range of content to help us achieve our goal.

Job Description/Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in English language, arts, social sciences or a related study

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience (not as a trainee or internship)

  • A writer, creative thinker and a eye for details

  • Excellent communication skills in English – both written and spoken

  • Able to collect feedback from readers to improve writings

  • Able to adapt in an environment with software engineers

  • Energetic, motivated and a team player


  • Writ technical blogs, manage social media posts and update website contents

  • Experience creating effective powerpoint presentations

  • Create brand awareness, monitor web traffic and other metrics

  • Experience overseeing marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, and positive customer experience

  • Experience designing digital marketing contents and graphic design
