Depot Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of all Depot Operations in Ondo
• Stock Monitoring and Coordination
• Ensures proper documentation and filing of all transactions
• Coordinates and participates in stock count exercises.
• Responsible for supervising Ondo Depot activities
• Ensures smooth operation of all the Depots in terms of process flow, orderliness, space utilization, stock storage, receipt, and issuance of stock.
• Ensure proper documentation of Ondo Depot activities (posting & processing of journal entries), proper record keeping, proper check of waybills, and maintaining proper record of materials 
• Ensure physical stock counts and reconciliation are conducted.
• Responsible for the coordination of material stock transfer efficiently.
• Ensures that Material transfers are efficient
• Review all Depots requisitions and plan shipment according to different routes vs. the depot locations (i.e. plot routes and process shipments)
• Supervise pick up, put away, loading, and unloading of inbound and outbound trucks from the warehouse.
• Prepare periodic reports - weekly, and monthly with respect to stock.

Requirements:

• Must be a resident of Ondo State.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
