Role Overview
Looking for a superstar Demand Generation Associate will vital role in generating, engaging, and qualifying business leads through social media, email, WhatsApp, community, and partnership/events channels, ensuring that every campaign directly contributes to commercial growth.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — someone who understands how to turn content, campaigns, and conversations into qualified pipeline opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns across social media, WhatsApp, email, and community platforms.
- Create and manage lead magnets (e.g., downloadable content, webinars, guides) to capture and nurture potential customers.
- Build and grow lead databases through social media forms, landing pages, and website opt-ins.
- Develop messaging and content assets that attract and engage manufacturers, suppliers, and other B2B segments.
- Manage incoming leads from social media and paid campaigns routed to WhatsApp and email.
- Engage, qualify, and nurture leads through targeted communication sequences and calls.
- Maintain updated lead data and statuses within CRM or tracking tools.
- Define and apply clear qualification criteria before handing leads to the Commercial team.
- Develop content that supports lifecycle marketing — including onboarding sequences, nurturing emails, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Develop other content such as website copy, ad copies to drive meta, google or linkedin lead campaign
- Manage WhatsApp groups, communities, and newsletters as lead generation and nurturing touchpoints.
- Identify and leverage partnerships, events, and webinars to drive new lead pipelines.
- Collaborate with industry associations or trade groups to attract new prospects.
- Track and report on all lead generation metrics across channels.
- Continuously analyze campaign results to improve performance and conversion efficiency.
- Share insights with Marketing and Commercial teams to refine strategies and qualification criteria.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, especially with using content and digital marketing to drive demand.
- Proven track record of acquiring and qualifying leads through social media, email, and community-based channels.
- Experience with content writing and running lead magnets, webinars, or gated content campaigns.
- Experience with driving leads through community.
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with metrics and performance dashboards.
- Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative across teams.

- Meeting monthly and quarterly lead generation targets, delivering a steady flow of qualified, sales-ready leads to the Commercial team.
- Achieving target Lead Qualification Rate, ensuring that only relevant and high-intent leads are passed on.
- Meeting target Lead-to-Sign-Up Rate, demonstrating effective nurturing and conversion through campaigns.
- Consistently hitting lead acquisition goals across social media, WhatsApp, and email channels.
- Reducing Cost per Lead by optimizing campaigns and focusing on high-performing channels.
- Improving channel efficiency through clear, data-backed insights on which platforms yield the best quality leads.
- Maintaining strong collaboration with the Performance Marketing, Lifecycle, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless lead flow and tracking.
