Job Summary
The job holder will be responsible for the entry of the production report and requisition reports on a daily basis; Inventory-monthly stock requisition and production report, reconciliation of coil received with the packing list; Documentation, filing of bank payment, cash payment, invoice, and waybill and other duties assigned.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Confirm the physical production report of the steel drum if it is the same as the production report.
- Entry of sales report and linking the sales report with the stock on a google sheet.
- Collection of waybills from the logistic department.
- Sending invoices and waybills to customers for payment after supply is made.
- Work with the account officer in the area of payment to vendors on daily basis.
- Preparing weekly paint stock to know the paint available.
- Receiving of paint invoice and waybill, and payment follow up per invoice number.
- Doing stock count and preparing of the stock report at the end of the month, and send to my supervisor for review.
- Entry of new coils received into the company.
Inventory Management:
- Daily reconciliation of production report and physical stock
- Maintaining smooth transition of daily production report and requisition report to google sheet on a daily basis
- Reconciliation of packing list with stock received report for coils
- Reconciliation of invoice/waybill with google sheet for paint
- Monthly physical stock count exercise
Documentation:
- Filling of Bank Payment letters/BID letter
- Keeping track of invoice due date for payment
- Filling and keeping track of sales invoices and acknowledging waybills
- Filling of VAT receipt
- Filling of Supplier/Vendor invoice and waybill
- Sending of daily payment and other documents for daily entries on the tally
