Degree from a recognized university.

Strong analytical skills

Touch typing, critical (at least 45 words-per-minute typing speed)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (specifically, Word+ Excel)
Strong written + spoken communication skills (full sentence construction, diction + grammar)
Successful candidates will be scheduled for second-level assessment within 24 working hours.
Important information you need to know
The program is only open to graduates awaiting NYSC, graduates currently enrolled in NYSC, and graduates with no more than one-year post-call experience.
Hugo has a 5-step recruitment process:
L1 (Assessment 1): Complete Assessment 1 (80 minutes). The success rate for applicants who take our assessment is 10% so bring your A-game.
L2 (Assessment 2): Candidates who successfully complete the L1 Assessment 1 will receive an email with a Link to complete Assessment 2 (60 minutes).
L3 (Self-directed learning and practical assessment): Candidates who successfully complete L2 will be given access to Data annotation training material to learn and practice ahead of the L3 practical assessment. L3 Assessment will hold on February 2nd, 2021, and candidates who are successful in L2 will be given access to the training materials from January 28th, 2021, so the sooner you start the assessments, the longer you will have with the materials)
L4 (Interview): Candidates who successfully complete L3 will be invited to interview. Interviews will be held the week of February 1st, 2021.
L5 (Orientation): Candidates who interview successfully will be invited to an orientation to join our training program commencing on February 8th, 2021.
