Responsibilities
- Handle customers’ complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure solutions.
- Responding to customer inquiries by understanding; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer’s understanding of information and answer.
- Communicating with customers through various channels: telephone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms
- Accomplish customer service responsibilities effectively and contribute to the achievement of the organization's mission and vision by completing related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- OND/HND in a relevant field
- 1 year experience
- Good communication skills
