Job Summary

Are you looking for a customer support officer role that allows you to put your customer service/communications skills into great practice? If so, this Customer Support Officer role could be an ideal position to explore. As a Customer Support officer, you will ensure that customers with issues relating to our company’s products get swift resolution and maximum satisfaction after being attended to. You will also work hand in hand with other departments to ensure that issues are correctly forwarded, all KYC is carried out correctly and issues get resolved in a timely manner.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Respond, assist, and escalate customers' queries, enquires, and complaints.
  • Performing Proper KYC and carrying out due diligence on customers' transactions while resolving issues.
  • Providing Information on new updates made on the product necessary to enhance the quality of services provided
  • Providing support, empathy, and assistance to the customers while abiding with the company's policy
  • Forwarding customer's complaints to the appropriate applications for resolution (Excel and Google spreadsheets/Trello)
  • Model Elatech values & behaviors and compliance with all Elatech codes of practice
  • Answering and resolving all customers’ enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Resolving all customer's complaints at first contact on Intercom.


Requirements:

  • Academic qualification of a University Degree
  • 1+ years of experience working as a customer support officer in a medium organization
  • Possession of a customer service professional qualification is an advantage
  • Strategic thinker
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages,
  • Great typing skills,
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Emotional Intelligence,
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Leadership traits
  • Ability to influence.
