Qualifications and requirements
Communications, Marketing or Business Administration Degree from a recognised university
Passion for service.
Highly detail oriented and able to multitask.
Self-driven and proactive nature.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate leadership qualities
Knowledge of customer success.
Patient and active listener.
Passionate about website design and technology.

Fluency in French Language is a plus.
