Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer happiness and improve customer experience

  • Focus on customer long-term happiness and foster long term business relationships (80% International clientele)

  • Promote customer retention and loyalty

  • Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing client lifetime value.

  • Build 63Webstudio brand portfolio by managing and optimising social media networks and email marketing

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Project Management to support customers renewals, onboarding of clients and expansion opportunities


Qualifications and requirements

  • Communications, Marketing or Business Administration Degree from a recognised university

  • Passion for service.

  • Highly detail oriented and able to multitask.

  • Self-driven and proactive nature.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrate leadership qualities

  • Knowledge of customer success.

  • Patient and active listener.

  • Passionate about website design and technology.

  • Above all,  you must be ready to join a profoundly customer oriented team.

Additional Details

  • Fluency in French Language is a plus.
