Job Summary

As a Customer Success Engineer, you will work closely with our Business Development and Product teams as the Customer Success Engineer throughout the post-sales process. You will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of Okra’s products into customers’ existing architecture and will continue to work with them as they scale.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • Work with our Customer Success Engineer Manager and product team to translate customer feedback into meaningful product insights.
  • Serve as a technical contact for our customers and partners as they integrate with Okra.
  • Play a big role in fixing or escalating bugs raised by our customers to the relevant team. 
  • Work closely with our Quality Assurance engineers. 
  • Provide ongoing solutions consulting to existing Okra’s customers to enable upsells.
  • Manage executive, mid-level, and day-to-day client relationships.
  • Communicate client and market trends to Okra’s product & marketing teams.
  • Proactively manage assigned clients’ financial forecasts in collaboration with Finance and Business Development.


Requirements: 

  • A computer science or technology-focused degree would be an advantage. 
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a technical support/product support role. 
  • Good understanding of REST API and APIs in general.
  • Good knowledge of MERN (Mongo, Express, React, Node) stack and any other programming language knowledge is a bonus.
  • Experience working in FinTech or Financial Services is a bonus.
  • Any previous work in a SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with iOS/Android mobile development.
