Customer service/marketing manager

Job Summary

We are looking to hire an experienced individual to fill this position

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage customer engagement and communication program
  • Reorganise existing customer Database and deploy digital strategies to reach out to existing customers
  • Build customer retention and referral programs for workshop customers
  • Engage in Business development  for new customers
  • Market and sell new vehicles (Trucks and cars)
  • Identify and develop customer segments for the sales of all Company's products

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of BSc and at least 2 - 3 years experience 

Qualities:

  • Skills in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Aggressive and goal-getter
  • Strong passion for serving and understanding customer interpersonal skills to help them nurture customer relationships and work with cross-functional teams incredibly
  • Creative marketing and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day grind to help reach marketing and sales goals, create a stronger brand and improve the customer experience
