Job Summary

We are Looking for a Customer Care/Front Desk Officer for Urgent employment who would help push the operations and performance of the company to perfection and ensure that the company meets its goals, mission, and vision. The job holder's resumption time is 7 am and closing time will be 6 pm.

  • Minimum Qualification: OND
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Job Description:

  • Answer customers' calls at all times and take down their orders
  • Ensure that orders are properly placed in the kitchen for production
  • Follow up with the status of the order for the right information to pass to customers when they ask about their orders 
  • Follow up with the dispatch unit to ensure the order gets to the customers on time
  • Ensure that all orders are reconfirmed before placing them
  • Carry out all other duties as assigned 

The right candidate must:

  • Preferably be Female
  • Be Smart, eloquent, and presentable
  • Be willing to work 6 days a week (Sundays inclusive)
  • Possess the ability to pay attention to details
  • Possess the ability to solve problems that ensues during transactions with customers
  • Be willing to work on weekends as we are in the Food/Event/Catering Industry
  • Be willing to work anywhere in Lagos as posted/transferred by the company
  • Posses the ability to show empathy towards customers and give them a sense of entitlement
  • Possess the ability to manage customers whether via phone calls or physically
  • Be willing to run Shifts(e.g.) Morning and Night Shifts
