Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering solutions promptly.
- Assist customers with product or service information, ensuring they are fully informed and satisfied.
- Actively promote and sell products or services to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance customer experience.
- Handle customer orders, including processing payments and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products or services.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs.
- Stay informed about the company's products, services, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
- Continuously update knowledge on new product offerings and industry trends.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any customer issues or concerns quickly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to align on customer strategies and sales goals.
- Share customer feedback with relevant teams to improve products, services, or processes.
- Track and report on sales performance, customer trends, and service outcomes to management regularly.
Requirements:
B.sc/HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a virtual sales role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong organizational and time management skills.
A strong interest in spa and wellness, and a desire to help clients achieve their wellness goals
