Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-ins, appointments, and returning customers or visitors.
- Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Receive clients’ complaints/vehicles and recommend possible solutions, as well as convince clients to carry out the recommendations.
- Work closely with the service advisor to profile clients, inspect vehicles, and prepare/deliver repair estimates for the recommended job, thereby achieving client satisfaction and profitability.
- Communicating with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Answer outbound and inbound calls, chats, and emails.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Input documentation on all calls and follow up with callers as needed.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Prepare and send reports to the line manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
