Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attending to customers, bringing/selling of phones to customers.
- Take ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution.
- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused on that mission.
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
- Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports.
- Be ahead of the industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Customer Service Representative.
- Experience in providing customer service support.
- Proficiency in English.
- Must be a patient and honest person.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Any level of qualification is fine.
Remuneration: NGN 40,000
Working Days: Monday - Saturdays at Computer Village
