Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries: Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues: Troubleshoot problems, provide solutions, and escalate complex issues to supervisors or other teams as needed.
  • Provide product or service information: Educate customers about products or services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Process orders and returns: Handle customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different customer personalities and needs.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and make decisions that meet customer needs.
  • Patience and empathy: Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Product knowledge: Familiarity with products or services, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
