- Respond promptly to customers' inquiries
- Communicate with customers through various social media channels (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc)
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Outstanding English level (Fluently speaking and written).
- Good Customer Management skills
- Understands how to work with MS Office, like Excel, Word, etc
- Effective communication skills are required (oral, written, computer).
- Excellent customer service skills are necessary along with the ability to create and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
- The ability to multi-task and adapt to change is critical.
Remuneration: NGN 60,000 - 80,000
