Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and personable Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless customer experience both in-person and through other communication channels.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to walk-in customers at our office/warehouse.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Provide product/service information, assist with orders, and track deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Support administrative tasks as required by management.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in customer service or administrative support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to work onsite daily in Sabo, Ikorodu, Lagos.
