Job Description/Requirements

  • To answer incoming customer calls and handle general customer concerns
  • Responsible for maintaining a customer focused attitude and high level of professionalism by establishing a positive rapport with each customer
  • Impact the company's bottom line by problem solving and focusing on activities that create customer satisfaction
  • Required to possess a sound product knowledge which is critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers
  • Create retention campaigns, from conceptualization through to analysis by offering incentives via loyalty and referral programmes
  • Run scheduled surveys to engage customers and get valuable feedback about our services
  • Generate ideas to reward loyal customers and celebrate customer's milestones for example birthdays.


  • A good degree in a relevant field
  • 3 years experience in customer service and must have worked in the fashion industry or vast knowledge thereof
  • Good read and writing skills
  • they need to be able to talk to customers
  • Engage with customers
  • Build a relationship with the customer
  • Understand which¬†customers are buying a lot - recommend¬†sending flowers
  • Reply questions on the app on the phone - managing the live chat on the website
  • Woman preferred
