Job Summary
Main Service Logistics is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will manage queries and complaints across multiple communication channels, ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism to maintain customer satisfaction.

Job Description/Requirements
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, modifications, and track order status.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure that their issues are resolved.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively.
Requirements:
- This position is open preferably to a female candidate.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Must be computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience working effectively within a team Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Location: Must live around Ago Palace Way, Festac, Amuwo, Satelite Town, etc.
- Proximity to location is an added advantage.
