Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Build strong and lasting relationships with customers and provide an excellent customer service experience.
- Take full responsibility for the end-to-end ownership of customer shipments and issues in compliance with all company procedures.
- Engage in constructive problem resolution and provide solutions.
- Act and communicate proactively, keeping customers informed of any issues or changes in their booking.
- Address root causes and seek continuous improvements in our processes.
- Closely Work with other functions, sharing knowledge and best practice.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of an ND or NCE
- Good use of English and fluency.
- Customer centricity is a key requirement.
- Take full responsibility for the end-to-end ownership of customer shipments and issues.
- Maximum Age: Not More than 25years
Location: Candidates must reside within Ikorodu and its environs.
Remueration: NGN 50,000
