Job Summary

A customer service officer with at least 3 years of customer service experience in the Haulage and Logistics industry and fluent in English and Hausa. Fluency in another Nigerian language will be an added advantage. The candidate must be tech-savvy, smart and self-motivated.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

The customer service officer will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide general customer service support to customers and clients.
  • Answer customers questions
  • Escalate customer issues
  • Update office database
  • Update clients' records.
  • Assist the spot rate and airfreight teams with customer support.
