- Ensure outstanding customer service by promptly resolving phone and in-person enquiries.
- Facilitate measurement taking, amendments, and delivery of fabrics to the workshop.
- Update clients on the status of garment production and share information on new stock and customer bonus schemes.
- Prepare and assign garment production schedules to tailors & finishers.
- Maintain contact registry of vendors and promptly call for their services when required.
- Prepare invoices and receipts, as well as actively follow up on full payment from clients prior to the final delivery date.
- Facilitate stocktaking of fabrics.
