Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • Build strong and lasting relationships with customers and provide an excellent customer service experience.
  • Take full responsibility for the end-to-end ownership of customer shipments and issues in compliance with all company procedures.
  • Engage in constructive problem resolution and provide solutions.
  • Act and communicate proactively, keeping customers informed of any issues or changes in their booking.
  • Address root causes and seek continuous improvements in our processes.
  • Closely Work with other functions, sharing knowledge and best practice. 


Requirements: 

  • Minimum academic qualification of an ND or NCE 
  • Good use of English and fluency.
  • Customer centricity is a key requirement.
  • Take full responsibility for the end-to-end ownership of customer shipments and issues.

 

Location:  Candidates must reside in Ikorodu or its environs.
