Job Summary

The Customer service Officer will be responsible for managing clients' needs, converting online customers, and closing sales deals.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents


Requirements:

  • The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in sales and must be ready to resume immediately.
  • Must be able to speak Hausa and must have a good knowledge of the real estate business.
  • The Candidate is expected to have a good knowledge of Microsoft office,
  • Good analytical skills,
  • Sales and after-sales service experience.
