A phone repairs company is seeking someone with a happy face, a great personality and an appealing voice to service the face of our company when clients call in. The role of the customer service representative/front desk person is outlined below;

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and operate a switchboard.
  • Route calls to specific people.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customers inquiries.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our business inside and out so that you can answer questions
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keeping records of customer’s interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

Requirements:

  • Experienced customer service agent in a telecoms firm.
  • Ability to speak English very fluently
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • BSc in any discipline

Salary:

  • Salary- 70,000naira net per month
