Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage key customer accounts, developing relationships and strategies to drive growth and retention.
  • Lead customer service teams, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage escalations and resolve complex customer issues.
