Job Summary
Food Factory is one of the leading restaurants in Enugu, they are in need of a friendly and smart young graduate for the role of Customer service. In this role, you will manage customer queries and complaints and also be asked to process orders and modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.

Job Description/Requirements
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our restaurant menus and other services inside and out enables you to answer questions.
- Processing food orders, deliveries and other requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements:
- The minimum qualification is OND or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Proficiency in using computers.
- Experience working with customer support is a plus
- Good verbal and written communication skills
