Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and social media, and respond quickly to customer inquiries and questions.
- Problem Solving: Identify the root cause of customer problems and provide effective solutions to ensure that customer problems are handled promptly. Order Management:
- Order Tracking: Track customer order status, ensure timely delivery, and provide customers with order-related information.
- Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback, and provide data and suggestions to help the company improve its products and services.
- Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure customer trust and satisfaction with the company.
- Support the Sales Team: Assist the sales team to achieve sales goals, follow up with potential customers, and increase customer conversion rates.
- Records and Reports: Maintain customer service records, generate relevant reports, and support management decisions.
Requirements:
- Education: High school or above, with customer service-related experience preferred.
- Experience: 1 year experience in a similar role
- Language skills: Good communication skills in English and local languages.
- Personality characteristics: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to withstand work pressure, and teamwork spirit.
