Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of order fulfilment, from order processing to delivery.
- Build and manage a high-performing fulfilment team.
- Optimise fulfilment processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Collaborate with the customer care team to resolve order-related issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and order accuracy to prevent discrepancies and stockouts.
- Prepare and present regular reports on order fulfilment performance, including metrics such as order accuracy, delivery times, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyse data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in the fulfilment process.
Requirements:
- B.sc/HNDĀ in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in managing order fulfilment, logistics, and customer service operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Proficiency in order management systems and warehouse management software.
- Understanding of e-commerce metrics and KPIs
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
