- The customer service personnel will be an integral part of our company that should be able to:
- Provide support and solutions to customers under the company’s business rules and vision.
- Interacts with customers effectively and efficiently via phone calls and social media channels.
- Provides answers to customers’ inquiries in various communication channels regarding order status.
- Educate customers about the company’s products and services
- Daily review of orders for possible issues regarding abandoned or uncompleted orders, pending orders, etc.
- Working with web application like Shopify to pull and assess customer information and order status.
- Must be able to work daily shift as scheduled by the company
- BSC and above; 3 Years of experience in customer service position
- Work under pressure and self-management capacity
- Customer satisfaction -oriented attitude and capability
- Computer skills, especially for office suits
