Job Description


1. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.

2. Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information and purchases.

3. Cancel or upgrade accounts.

4. Assist with placement of orders or exchanges

5. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken

6. Keep track and record of daily leads and revenue
