Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support via phone, email, and social media.
- Manage sales processes using Excel and sales software.
- Create and maintain a content calendar, including posts, graphics, and other promotional materials, focusing on behind the scenes, our product offerings and brand message.
- Engage with our growing community on Instagram and other platforms, ensuring our voice remains consistent and engaging.
- Track customer interactions and sales data, providing regular reports to management.
- Assist with order processing and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND (Ordinary National Diploma).
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer care.
- Proven experience in managing customer interactions.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, and sales software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in creating and maintaining content calendars.

Remuneration: NGN 60,000 to NGN 80,000.
