Job Description/Requirements

 Responsibilities:

  • Receive calls and make outbound calls. Greet customers warmly.
  • Resolve customer complaints received via phone, email, mail, or social media, by understanding customers' complaints and following up to ensure resolution within time limits.
  • Efficiently document customers’ information, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken to resolve issues.
  • Sending daily call reports to line manager.
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with customers.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  • Inform customers of deals and promotions.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any Art or Management Science field.
  • 1 - 3 years experience in a customer care role, primarily receiving and making calls over the telephone.
  • Strong telephone etiquette, must possess a pleasant, courteous, and cheerful disposition toward customers.
  • Accent-free speech.
  • Ability to stay calm in all circumstances when handling the customer.
  • Very good knowledge and use of MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Patience when dealing with customers.
  • A focused service-oriented person with good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
