Job Summary
The purpose of the job is to implement Customer care and Sales strategies to reach more people, provide product/services information, resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face, build stronger relationship with our audience and increase our income. Preferably ladies.

Job Description/Requirements
- A B.Sc or HND in Marketing, Mass Comm., Business Admin., or related discipline
- Membership of a relevant Professional body/Certification will be an advantage
- A Minimum of 2 years working experience in a Similar Position
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Knowledge of Selling, Telemarketing and Social Media techniques.
- Experience in Communicating, negotiating and presentation skills
- Experience of Managing and writing content for social medial campaigns
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
Job Responsibilities:
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Calling/reaching/meeting potential customers to present company business offerings, explain company products, encourage purchase and negotiate deals
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with Customers
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Keep records of all Sales, Customer interactions, Process customer accounts and file documents
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Email Marketing and SMS blasts: Plan and manage a regular schedule of email and SMS marketing activities, growing our subscriber base and creating engaging, relevant content.
