Job Summary

The company is looking to employ a cheerful, bright and hardworking young Customer Care Officer who will be able provide administrative , customer care duties in our Abuja Office. The successful candidate will also be smart, punctual and be responsible for carrying out administrative activities that facilitates the smooth running of the office.

  • Minimum Qualification: OND
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

  • Cheerful, Welcoming and able to attend to visitors and customers
  • Quick learner, able to understand a vast range of company's products within a short period.
  • Proficient in using various accounting soft wares packages.
  • Able to maintain a clean office environment at all times.
  • Able to attend to customers on the phone using ARWA customer care approach.
  • Able to process sales orders via company the company's telephone, e-mail or website.
  • Able to maintain customer records via contact details, and able to update customer database in a timely manner
  • Able to keep track of daily, weekly and monthly sales records, and submit reports and relevant documentation as at when required
  • Able to assist with marketing/sales activities, including responding to information requests from customers
  • Attend meetings, and able to accurately take notes and type documents as required
  • Maintain a filing system for all company documents 
  • Able to use Microsoft Office packages i.e Excel, Word, email etc.
  • To be able to run errands within the state regularly and outside the state periodically.
  • Monitor company email account(s), and respond to queries within a defined time
  • Competency and experience of operating social media platforms eg Instagram, Facebook etc.
  • Professionally minded, punctual at all times and very proactive.

  • Be aware of the importance of marketing and raising the company’s profile with colleagues and to external parties;
  • Constantly maintain an upmost level of confidentiality and discretion with all information pertaining to the business, 

Person Specification

  • Excellent administrative and customer care skills
  • A good deal of common sense, etiquette and an ability to think on one’s feet
  • Minimum of OND qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English 
  • Excellent typing skills, speed and accuracy essential
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, accounting software package )
  • Professional telephone manner 
  • An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • An ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  • To possess the ability for Accuracy and with great attention to detail
  • To possess the ability to Learn Quickly.
