Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about a product, pricing, and availability.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customers' needs.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Knowledge of computer skills
  • Minimum qualifications should be HND 


  • This role is based on shift. (Morning 6 am to 2 pm/ Evening 2pm to 10pm)
  • Working time is Mondays through Saturdays (with a day off)

The candidate must live within Ikoyi, Lekki Phase 1, and its environs.
