Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

The CRM responsibility deals with online customers. The job also involves ensuring customer satisfaction from services delivered throughout our retail outlets and there is high data quality management across the outlets across the Country.

The job includes the following:

  • Attend to customer enquiries through various media.
  • Process customer complaints
  • Process customers orders and receive payments
  • Ensure good data quality management across the enterprise
  • Manage marketing campaign activities in line with the direction of the General Manager, Sales/Business Development.
