CRM/ Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for introducing new clients and maintaining already existing relationship with company customers, ensures proper communication with client and colleagues on projects from start to finish. Implement and follow up on sales marketing strategies to optimal level

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

  • Build and maintain profitable and trust relationships with key customers
  • Ensure customers’ satisfaction are met in a timely manner
  • Conduct quality assurance surveys to determine customer satisfaction and use the findings to improve on areas of complaints
  • Understand key customers individual needs & requirements and addressing these.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain an immediate response time (10 minutes or less) to client’s emails, messages and enquiries
  • Send Bills and Invoices to customers
  • Provide Quality control checks as needed
  • Ensure the correct products are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Manage customer  - business communications
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage content and updates for customers and internal touch points .
  • Identifying new leads & targets audiences
  • Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers
  • Track marketing metrics and trends
  • Create Sales & Marketing actions plans and implementing them
  • Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report findings.
  • Manage the company’s social media platforms (Daily postings 3 times a day and constant engagements)
  • Negotiate and liaise with third part marketing agencies
  • Manage the production of promotional materials (brochures, newsletters)
  • Craft new sales proposals and contract renewals
  • Schedule product demos
  • Update internal databases with customer details


Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Mass communications or any related degree
  • Excellent communication skills
  • social media savvy
  • outgoing personality, friendly, detailed, organized, time manager
  • comfortable with day -to-day marketing activities as well as long term strategy
  • thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs and ability to multi task.
