Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and approve/reject loan applications based on creditworthiness and risk assessment.
- Oversee the loan disbursement process, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Manage the credit portfolio, Identifying risks and implementing strategies to minimize default rates.
- Prepare reports on credit activities, marketing performance, and portfolio status.
Requirements:
- 5 years experience
- Degree in a related field
- Must possess strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in credit assessment tools and marketing software.
- Possession of MCP/MCIB is an added advantage.
