- Checking of Stock on Hand
- Sales Report
- Inventory and production papers
- Requisition Checking
- Transfers (intersection)
- Production
- Inputing on mymicros
- Invoice Receiving from suppliers
- Transfers form main store to sections and intersection transfers.
- Production
- Waste control and management report
- Inventory Count
- Variancen extraction and Justifications
- Cost of Food Percentage Tracking
- Recipe Creation/ Adjustment
- Input of invoices in validation with MRN
- Transfer from Main store drinks to indoor and outdoor
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Experience working in an international hotels like Radison Blu, Southern Sun, Protea and Fine Dine Restaurants etc is highly desired
- Must have a minimum of national diploma, ATS or BSc in relevant courses like Accounting, Economics, Banking and Finance, Statistics etc
- Must have a minimum of 4 years relevant experience as a Sou Chef or Head Chef
- Must be computer literate with ability to use excel proficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good Interpersonal skills.
SALARY IS N60,000 MONTHLY, FEMALES ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
