Job Summary

We’re looking for a motivated Corporate Sales Associate to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers through cold-calling and inbound inquiries. You'll build relationships, understand prospect needs, and support sales efforts by collaborating with Business Development Associate

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements and company channels (website, phone etc.)
  • Creating relationships with prospects to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales. 
  • Conduct thorough qualification processes to assess the viability and fit of potential leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and status in the CRM system.
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not make an eventual purchase. 
  • Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities, and develop account intelligence. 
  • Collaborating with account executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met. 
  • Apply and promote SENRI culture and core values at all times


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience
  • BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Experience with Lead generation
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Must be self-motivated
