Ensure resolution of problem requests
Provide support for day-to-day operational support of CBA
Provide support for the roll-out of Business Applications to all branches
End of Cycle Operations (EOD, EOM, EOY)
Identify, recommend and prioritise features and applications
Conduct research into current and emerging technologies and issues in support of application development efforts
Determine the plan layout for new hardware or modifications to the existing layout.
Recommend network solutions for short, medium and long-range network projects.

- Knowledge of Islamic Banking
- First degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Systems Engineering or Business-related discipline with strong Information Systems component
- Oracle OCP certification will be an added advantage
- Four to six years of Network System Administration experience.
Corporate Banking applications which includes various Trade Finance modules like Letter of Credits, Bills and Collections, Funds Transfer, Loans, Deposit, Treasury and General Ledger.
Understanding of Core Banking Platforms.
PL/SQL, writing SQL queries and MIS/Report preparation.
Exposure to SWIFT payments and messages.
Reconciliation related activities.
Channels Interface Management (ATM,POS, Mobile)
