Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced chef who will be responsible for kitchen activities to ensure the smooth daily running of its activities. He/She will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering restaurant/kitchen services such as menus, quality of food, staff services, and accommodation facilities.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Planning and managing budgets.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
- Ensure food are of excellent quality and served promptly to customers
- Oversee and coordinate menus for the day.
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Managing stock of kitchen supplies.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience as a cook or chef
- Either an OND in Hotel and catering or an SSCE with 3 years of experience as a cook or chef
- Applicant should have basic kitchen equipment handling techniques, experience in pastry would be an added advantage.
- The candidate must reside in Atani ogbaru LGA, Anambra state, as proximity to the workplace is key
- Passion for delighting people with food
- Good interpersonal skills
- The ability to motivate other members of staff
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
- Good leadership skills
Remuneration Range: NGN 30,000 - 40,000 plus an accommodation.
