Responsibilities:

Editing & Quality Control

• Proofread and edit AI-generated content, ensuring grammatical accuracy, clarity, and flow.
• Fact-check data, references, and claims to ensure reliability.
• Ensure brand voice and tone are consistent across all content.

Content Optimisation

• Refine storytelling to make content more engaging, persuasive, and audience-ready.
• Apply SEO best practices (keywords, headings, metadata) to maximise reach.
• Adjust headlines, CTAs, and formatting to meet platform-specific standards.

Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, and development).
• Incorporate feedback from project managers with minimal oversight.
• Manage your own creative pipeline to meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional experience in content editing, proofreading, or QA roles.
• Strong background in SEO, storytelling, and digital content strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to refine and polish AI-curated or data-driven drafts.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.
• Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering to produce audience-targeted outputs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
• Experience editing for viral content, blogs, or news media.
• Background in digital marketing or growth-focused writing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing polished, high-performing content.
