Responsibilities:
- Develop, publish, and manage engaging content across Bucapay’s social media platforms.
- Confidently appear on camera and deliver content in a clear, relatable manner.
- Communicate effectively with the audience, translating complex ideas into simple, engaging formats.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut, Canva, or InShot.
- Research and adapt to trending content styles for higher engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative campaigns and storytelling ideas.
- Strong trend-spotting skills, able to quickly adapt content to current online conversations.
- Ensure content is posted consistently and engages the audience through comments, shares, and interactions.
Requirements:
- Storytelling and copywriting; Video editing (CapCut, Canva, InShot, etc.).
- Social media knowledge and trend awareness.
- Ability to simplify complex topics; creativity and humour.
- Basic understanding of content strategy (scheduling, engagement, analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
